Global mobile outages: lessons learned survey

On 6th December 2018, an issue with nodes in the core network of Ericsson, an ICT provider which handles around 40 percent of the world’s mobile traffic, resulted in downtime for mobile data services around the world. Continuity Central is running a quick survey which aims to capture information about the impacts this incident had on organizations and what contingency measures were taken in response.
